CAMP STAFF

Camper safety is a top priority at Camp Selah. We maintain a 1:6 staff-to-child ratio and all children’s camps are limited to 24 campers, allowing for lots of individual attention. Children are supervised at all times by professional adult staff members; each group of three campers is also assigned a super-cool high school "camp buddy" for the weekend.

All staff members are screened with a careful process which includes personal interviews, references and a national criminal background check. Camp sleeping quarters are separated by gender; camp buddies and at least two non-related adults sleep in The Ark with the campers.  All bath and shower facilities are private for individual use.
